Customizing the value chain

In most wind projects, investors are offered the opportunity to invest in projects which are already in operation. The natural consequence is limited access to the overall value. At WindSpace we have worked to change this principle and are proud to offer our investors the opportunity of a larger share of the complete value chain.

In doing this, we recognize that no two investors are alike and we are always willing, therefore, to customize our offering to meet individual investment strategies.

An example could be a fund, company or private investors seeking a short-term investment with an attractive exit shortly after the wind park has been commissioned. The new owners are then able to benefit from the project for the remaining 20 years of its lifecycle.

Many alternative scenarios can be defined and customized to meet the needs of individual investors in optimal ways.
