Unleashing the full potential of wind projects
WindSpace was founded in 2006 with the ambition to pioneer the next generation of profitable wind projects and to reveal the true potential of customized wind projects to a selected group of investors. To deliver this promise, we share the significant value creation generated during the planning and construction phase of all our projects.
Customizing the value chain
In most wind projects, investors are offered the opportunity to invest in projects which are already in operation. This allows only limited access to the overall value. At WindSpace we have changed this principle and are proud to offer our investors the opportunity of a larger share of the complete value chain.
In doing this, we recognize that no two investors are alike and we are always willing to customize our offering to meet individual investment strategies.
An example could be a fund, company or private investors seeking a short-term investment with an attractive exit shortly after the wind park has been commissioned. The new owners are then able to benefit from the project for the remaining 25 years of its lifecycle.
Many alternative scenarios canbe defined and customized to meet the needs of individual investors in optimal ways.
New projects
WindSpace has developed a significant pipeline of projects and the 2 first wind park projects in Poland have been sold.
Construction of the first 6 MW project is completed and the wind park will be operational end 2011. The construction works for the second 4 MW project will start beginning of 2012. A number of similar projects are under development.
In Sweden, a number of projects are in process to be permitted during 2012.
WindSpace is moreover working to develop a partial wind-based energy solutions for energy-isolated regions.
